By visiting our site, creating an account, or purchasing digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated policies (including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Return Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the site.

1. Compliance with Indian Law

These Terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of India, including:

  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

  • Nature of Goods: We sell non-tangible digital assets, including but not limited to 3D CAD files, digital relief meshes, STL/OBJ/3DM files, and design assets.
  • Delivery Mechanism: Following verified payment, digital files are dispatched automatically or manually to the email address provided during checkout.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, active email address and ensuring you possess compatible hardware, software (e.g., Rhino, ZBrush, CAD/CAM viewers), and technical proficiency to access, unzip, open, or 3D print the delivered assets.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing

All content on i3dmodel.com—including 3D models, geometries, preview renders, text, graphics, trademarks, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of i3dmodel.com and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Standard Digital License Grant

When you purchase a 3D file from our site, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital asset subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Permitted Use: You may use the file to produce physical items (e.g., physical resin prints, cast metal pieces, or finished physical jewelry/objects) and integrate renders into personal or commercial portfolio showcases.
  • Prohibited Use (Strictly Enforced):
    • You cannot resell, sublicense, rent, share, distribute, donate, or upload the raw or modified digital 3D files (STL, OBJ, 3DM, etc.) to any website, marketplace, telegram channel, cloud drive, or torrent network.
    • You cannot claim copyright or authorship over the underlying 3D digital CAD files.
    • Any unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate termination of access and civil/criminal legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) or equivalent international currency where specified. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax regulations, will be calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.
  • Payment Gateways: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your raw credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials on our servers.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Replacement Policy

  • Sale Items: Any models or assets marked or labeled as “Sale”, discounted, or part of a clearance promotion are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Defective or Corrupt Files: If a file delivered to your email is corrupt or contains technical errors, notify us at admin@i3dmodel.com within 7 days of purchase. Upon verification, we will provide a verified, working replacement file to your email address within 48 to 72 business hours.

6. Prohibited Activities

  2. Attempt to bypass or circumvent site security, firewalls, payment gateways, or download mechanisms.
